On Macintosh systems, what do I do if I receive a 2110 error while activating?

Recent changes to Mac OSX 10 required that we modify our license manager. This affects activating and deactivating.

If you receive a 2110 error, uninstalling and then reinstalling using the latest version from our website will solve the problem. If you are running a version that is no longer available on our website, follow the manual install for the license manager below.

Manually install the license manager

- Download the license manager from: HERE
- Double-click on the file that is downloaded.
- When the window opens, double-click on the FxLicenseManager.pkg and run through the install process.
- Start Silhouette and try activating using Internet Activate.
